Ocean’s Edge Condominiums Captures 25 Percent Market Share in 2010

Ocean’s Edge, located one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Jacksonville Beach, announced its 2010 sales transactions totaling $5,523,000. In 2010, according to Multiple Listing Service data, Ocean’s Edge’s was able to capture more than 25 percent of the total beaches condominium market spanning the area from south Atlantic Beach to north Ponte Vedra Beach for condominium homes priced $150,000 to $500,000.

The lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, at the Hyatt Regency – Jacksonville Riverfront. Governor Bush will discuss the importance of continually improving the business environment in order to attract the high-wage jobs needed to be a sustainable community.
