Community First Credit Union and the JAX Chamber will kick off the 2013 Community First Saturdays tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on the Northbank Riverwalk in Downtown Jacksonville.

The family-friendly event is held on Coastline Drive at the east end of the Riverwalk and features free parking and bike valet in the old Courthouse parking lot. There is also ample parking Downtown and metered street parking is free. JTA generously activated the Skyway for free, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Activities for January 5 include:

10 a.m. – Tai Chi with Jomarie

10:30 a.m. – Guided Bike Tour of Historic Riverside and Downtown with an emphasis on public art. Make reservations by calling  (904) 945-1571.

11 a.m. – Zumba!

11 a.m. – Pro Skateboard Demo #1

Noon – 2 p.m. – Spin Class on the River

1:30 p.m. – Pro Skateboard Demo #2

2 p.m. – Kids’ Story Time on the Riverwalk with Special Guest Reader

3 p.m. – Pro Skateboard Demo #3
