Prudential Network Realty Collects Record Number of Backpacks and School Supplies for Children

The real estate professionals at Prudential Network Realty collected a record 458 backpacks filled with school supplies for children in Northeast Florida during the 14th annual Backpack Challenge. The backpacks and supplies collected during the campaign were donated to Community Connections of Jacksonville, Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County and Doctors Inlet Elementary School in Clay County.

Old San Jose on the River Single-Level Condominiums Receive Fannie Mae Approval

The single-level condominiums at the waterfront community of Old San Jose on the River in Jacksonville have received Fannie Mae (FNMA) approval, making it easier for prospective buyers to obtain affordable financing for the luxury residences. There are less than 75 Fannie Mae approved condominiums in the state of Florida and Old San Jose on the River is the only luxury condominium community located in the Jacksonville region.
