In addition to the numerous areas for fans to meet up at the tournament, there is also a new tradition starting just outside the gates – “The Lot,” located just outside the Nicklaus Gate in Parking Lot 11 off of CR210. Wednesday through Saturday of tournament week, different organizations are hosting parties and functions to extend the fun for fans, and raise money for great local causes in the process. Find out more about each party below!

Dreams Come True, the First Coast’s only locally based nonprofit organization dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of children battling life-threatening illnesses, will host the final party of the week in The Lot. Miller’s Ale House is providing the food and Jacksonville’s own Fratello will be performing. The party’s theme, “Moving Day,” will be carried throughout the event, with stations representing various states with food and dream stories. Guests can move from station to station with their “passports,” which will also serve as the event program. With many children dreaming of snow in Montana, shopping in New York and Disney in Florida, when visiting the stations, guests will also learn about the mission of Dreams Come True.  General admission tickets are $50, with VIP access available for $100. For more information, visit www.dctmovingday.com or call (904) 296-3030.
