The developers of Aphora at Marina San Pablo, an ultra-luxury waterfront condominium high-rise in Jacksonville, announced the project team for the 12-story tower being erected on the Intracoastal Waterway near J. Turner Butler Boulevard.

Bove LLC and Remi Properties have engaged several firms, each possessing extensive experience with high-end condominiums. They include:

Group 4 Design – Architects, interior design, landscape architecture and site planning. The full-service, nationally known Jacksonville-based firm designed the developers’ 5 Thousand Town apartment community. Karie Kavacocy and Leigh Gunn are the principals leading the design, which will showcase a British West Indies style for Aphora’s exterior and luxurious interior spaces.

Marsh Landing Country Club Realty – Exclusive brokerage for Aphora at Marina San Pablo. The premier, luxury real estate brokerage firm located in Ponte Vedra Beach specializes in waterfront and club communities.

Jennifer Beck White – Director of Sales for Aphora at Marina San Pablo. A top performing sales professional at Marsh Landing Country Club Realty, White has extensive knowledge working with developers and buyers of luxury coastal properties and more than 14 years of successful real estate sales in Northeast Florida.

Aphora at Marina San Pablo is not the first collaboration for Bove LLC, a real estate development and design-build construction firm, and Remi Properties, a real estate management and investment company. The companies’ relationship began in 2004 and has remained strong for more than 10 years. In 2013, the team completed the award-winning 5 Thousand Town, a luxury apartment community at the St. Johns Town Center.

Bove LLC will serve as the construction manager for Aphora. President Gabe Bove has developed more than 1.3 million square feet of premier residential space throughout the state of Florida and has more than 30 years of industry experience.

“Our core team has been working together for 20 years and is responsible for the construction and development of thousands of homes,” said Bove. “We are committed to the communities we create and promise to provide our clients with exceptional value and stand behind every home we build.”

Aphora is designed to appeal to a sophisticated clientele seeking a stunning residence, exceptional location and unique amenities. Owners will enjoy a lush rooftop oasis, featuring a conversation pool, intimate spaces for gathering and entertaining, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, wine tasting room and private wine lockers, bar, landscaped gardens, and 360-degree views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean, and Jacksonville’s skyline.

Other unique amenities include private two-car garages for every residence, a fully-appointed guest suite, day spa, pet spa, auto spa, and a private marina with slips available for purchase. The expansive floor plans range in size from 2,500 square feet to 5,200 square feet. Aphora at Marina San Pablo condominiums range in price from $600,000 to $2 million.
