The Urban Land Institute (ULI) proudly announces applications are open for the 2021 Awards of Excellence. ULI North Florida’s Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding real estate projects and organizations throughout the North Florida District Council. The application deadline is Sept. 13, 2021.

The Awards for Excellence Program is intended to be the centerpiece of ULI’s efforts in North Florida to identify and promote best practices in all types of real estate development. The awards recognize the full development process of a project: planning, construction, economic viability and management as well as design.

The awards are competitively based and open to real estate developments and projects from around North Florida. Qualified submissions will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges from the local and national development community.

The nomination categories include New Development, Public Sector/Non-Profit, Reuse/Repurpose, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Organization of Influence. The application fees are $75 for non-profits/public agencies and $150 for private companies. Download application for full information and criteria. Submit Applications to [email protected].
