VIP guests including future Beacon Lake homeowners, prospective buyers, county officials and area real estate professionals recently attended a Dusty Boots event at the site of the new, northern St. Johns County master-planned community from BBX Capital Real Estate, a division of BBX Capital Corporation.

Beacon Lake’s invitation-only Dusty Boots event gave nearly 200 attendees a peek at the community’s overall progress and showcased builders Dream Finders Homes and Mattamy Homes’ under-construction models. In keeping with Beacon Lake’s lakefront lifestyle and iconic lighthouse entryway, both award-winning national homebuilders offer architecturally unique, coastal-inspired home designs. A model grand opening is scheduled for April, but early buyers can still take advantage of pre-grand opening pricing.

Event guests mingled amid lighthouse themed decor, enjoyed gourmet tapas, and had the opportunity to meet developer and builder’s representatives. Displays, site plans and an animated 3D video presentation provided a preview of the community’s lifestyle amenities and neighborhood features. Event attendees, some of whom have already signed contracts to build homes in Beacon Lake, got a chance to meet future neighbors.

Phase one includes 43 and 63-foot-wide home sites offered by Dream Finders and 53 and 73-foot-wide home sites offered by Mattamy Homes. Model homes are scheduled to open this spring.
