Holly Hayes and Tracy Glochau Promoted to Branch Managers

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces leadership changes at its Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee and St. Augustine/Murabella branch offices. The management team changes are resulting from company growth and market expansion, and designed to support an increase in client and agent service offerings.

Realtor Holly Hayes is the new branch manager of the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office. Hayes succeeds Kevin Waugaman, who has been named Vice President of Core Services in the company’s corporate office.

Broker/associate Tracy Glochau is the new branch manager of the St. Augustine and Murabella offices. Glochau succeeds Ann King, who has been promoted to Vice President of Brokerage in the company’s corporate office.

Hayes and Glochau joined the company’s Assistant Manager Training Program earlier this year and have been working with members of the Leadership Team while managing their real estate business.

“We are thrilled to have Holly and Tracy move into these new roles,” said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President and CEO Christy Budnick. “These two outstanding women are talented leaders and are focused on bringing exceptional value to their Realtors and clients. I am confident their commitment to the team and dedication to our industry will ensure continued success for our Ponte Vedra/Nocatee and St. Augustine/Murabella offices.”

Hayes joined the Ponte Vedra Beach office more than 10 years ago and has achieved significant success as a top producing Realtor and relocation agent. She is known for her tireless work ethic and approachable style. Hayes prides herself on honesty, authenticity and a willingness to put others’ needs ahead of her own in every transaction.

Since joining the St. Augustine office more than five years ago, Glochau’s attention to detail and result-oriented approach to business have helped her rank among the top producers. She believes her emphasis on customer service, integrity and loyalty have been the keys to growing her business and earning the respect of her peers. Glochau is a graduate of Flagler College.

“Holly and Tracy are recognized for their strength, integrity and trust, and I am excited for both to take on new roles with the company,” said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty Founder and Chairman Linda Sherrer. “Their experience, success and passion for helping others reach their highest potential will benefit our current associates, new team members and most importantly, our customers, as the company continues to grow.”
