Billie Woods is making dreams come true. The Jacksonville resident has donated a beautiful homesite, located in Jacksonville Ranch Club and appraised at $28,000, to Dreams Come True of Jacksonville.

“I like helping others and I am happy to donate my homesite to Dreams Come True,” said Woods. “I am impressed with the work they do and I believe this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship. I hope others will join me in supporting Dreams Come True.”

The homesite donated by Woods is for sale and proceeds will provide funds for Dreams Come True to present dreams to children with life-threatening illnesses. To maximize the power of the donation, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty and its partners, Gibraltar Title Services, LLC, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, waived the real estate fees associated with the transfer including appraisal and title transfer. Realtor and listing agent Liz Bobeck also generously waived her commission.

“Billie is a remarkable woman and we are grateful for her tremendous generosity,” said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President and CEO Christy Budnick. “For Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and our partners, Gibraltar Title Services, LLC, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, it’s an honor to support and contribute to this meaningful donation. I appreciate our entire team for making this possible and for the kind heart of one person who decided to make a difference!”
