Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty Announces Expansion of Agent Development Program

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces the expansion of its training department and the promotion of Realtor Roxane Felder as Education Manager of the company’s training and coaching programs.

In her new role, Felder is responsible for leading and managing the company’s Rising Star program. The course is designed to provide the highest level of training and support to the company’s newest associates.

“Education and training programs provide the necessary tools to achieve an individual’s personal goals while providing clients with the most knowledgeable and professional service possible,” said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President Ann King. “Roxane is passionate about guiding and mentoring Realtors to achieve their greatest success, and I’m thrilled to see her move into this new position.”

Felder joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in 2017, and recently served as assistant manager of the company’s Fleming Island and Mandarin offices. As a Realtor, she has earned the Leading Edge award and numerous five-star reviews from buyers and sellers.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Felder pursued a real estate career after teaching and working in education for more than 20 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University and her master’s degree from Walden University. Felder is a resident of Clay County.
