Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is well-known for helping people fulfill their dreams of homeownership. The company, which is known for its commitment to the community and support of more than 50 local charitable organizations, has a long-standing partnership with Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, Northeast Florida’s only locally based nonprofit dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses.
Since 2013, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has contributed more than $342,857 to Dreams Come True of Jacksonville. In 2021, the company donated $54,584 to the nonprofit organization. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has donated to Dreams Come True monthly by contributing a portion of proceeds from every completed home sale. The donations have funded nearly 40 dreams to local children battling life-threatening illnesses. Additionally, the company has sponsored Dreams Come True’s annual 5K, two employees serve on Dreams Come True’s Horizon Board and its Realtors and team members have volunteered, fundraised and supported numerous Dreams Come True events.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty’s relationship with the nonprofit started with a single donation – sponsoring one dream – that quickly developed into an ongoing partnership. Supporting Dreams Come True and other charitable organizations is a foundation of the company’s culture.

Founded in 1984, Dreams Come True has made dreams a reality for more than 4,000 children in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Because of the generosity of its donors, business partners, program sponsors and the support of its Board of Directors, Dreams Come True has never turned away an eligible dreamer.
