Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR Donates Backpacks and School Supplies to Local Students

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces the company and its branch offices donated hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies to Northeast Florida children during its 23rd Annual Backpack Challenge.

The Beaches/Intercoastal West/Southside office donated to Mayport Elementary School.

The backpacks filled with school supplies were donated to Northeast Florida schools and family/youth-centered organizations including Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, Doctors Inlet Elementary School in Clay County, Grace United Methodist Church in Lawtey, Hugs Across the County St. Johns, Mayport Elementary School in Duval County, Operation New Hope, John A. Crookshank Elementary School, R. B. Hunt Elementary School, Osceola Elementary School and South Woods Elementary School in St. Johns County, and Trinity Foundation of Florida.

During the campaign, monetary donations as well as new backpacks and school supplies for local students in kindergarten through grade 12 were collected at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty offices throughout Northeast Florida.

The Mandarin/Saint Johns office donated to Hugs Across St. Johns.

The company used the donations to purchase additional backpacks and school supplies, and also encouraged donors to purchase backpacks and school supplies online via Amazon wish lists and ship directly to the charities.
