It sounds impossible – 25 homes in seven days – but that is exactly what the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) is doing this week in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax) for its 2013 President’s Project.
The build was officially kicked off last Saturday in Jacksonville’s New Town neighborhood, and is nearly complete. Hundreds of volunteers and 14 local builders are taking part in the build.
There will be a dedication ceremony beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, at 1473 Morgan St. followed by a reception under the tent at the corner of Acorn and Beaver streets.
We hope you’ll come celebrate this great event!
