We have great news to share about Brant Creek Apartments, the first new apartment community to open in St. Marys in more than 15 years.  Since opening its doors in June with 84 of its 196 residences available, the community’s management team has signed more than 56 leases and welcomed more than 32 families to the community.  As a result, the new community has a limited number of three-bedroom apartment homes available for rent.

Brant Creek Apartments opened 28 additional units on July 15, and the final phase of 84 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes will be released in August. With its close proximity to Kings Bay Navel Station, about 60 percent of the residents are military or military support personnel. Some of the community’s new residents have moved from outside of Camden County to be closer to their work.

Every apartment is equipped with structured media for today’s user and the latest technology from DIRECTV, making it possible for subscribers to set their DVR from a mobile device or computer when they are away from home. The community also has been designed with a web-controlled technology that allows residents to remotely control their thermostats online or from their cell phones. All of the residences also include washer and dryer connections, nine-foot ceilings, six-panel doors, modern kitchens and spacious closets.
