GreenPointe Communities, the community development division of GreenPointe Holdings, announced an expansion of its staff with the hiring of Chris Kuhn as the company’s Vice President of Land Development.

Kuhn previously worked as Director of Development for a major Florida real estate company and his background includes work as a manager of project development for a top design-build company.

“Chris arrives with experience in both land acquisition and project development – well-qualified to help our company build places people want to call home,” said Grady Miars, president of GreenPointe Communities. “We’re happy Chris has joined our growing team and is in a position to strengthen our communities to make them an even better place to live.”

As Vice President of Land Development, Kuhn will undertake land development responsibilities for GreenPointe’s communities in Northeast Florida, ranging from land acquisition to development and operations.
