Retailer’s Jacksonville Beach location to move to a new space at Pablo Plaza

Colliers International Northeast Florida recently announced the facilitation of a 10-year, 17,422-square-foot lease for Office Depot at Pablo Plaza in Jacksonville Beach.

Office Depot will relocate from its current location within the shopping center, located at 1822 3rd Street S., to a smaller parcel. The relocation is part of the redevelopment of the center, with Whole Foods taking over the current Office Depot space later this year.

Jason Ryals and Gary Montour of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the tenant. Stephanie McCullough of The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord, Regency Centers. The lease was finalized on July 26, 2018.

“This transaction serves both parties well. By retaining Office Depot’s long-term presence within Pablo Plaza, the center retains a diverse tenant mix while Office Depot keeps a strong presence in Jacksonville Beach,” said Ryals.
