Ernie Saltmarsh and Scott Rogers of Colliers International Northeast Florida recently represented Seven Bridges Investments LLC in the $2.1 million sale of a restaurant outparcel located at 9735 Gate Parkway in Jacksonville’s Southside submarket. The sale closed on June 29, 2018.

The 1.56 acre parcel is ground leased to Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery, a CraftWorks Restaurants and Breweries brand. The restaurant will continue operating in the 9,762-square-foot building located on the parcel, which was developed by the restaurant group in 1999.

“The private investor who purchased this property was impressed by the parcel’s exceptional location in one of the most desirable retail trade areas of Northeast Florida, as well as the presence of a stable, successful restaurant tenant with an established track record at this location. This property makes an excellent addition to the investor’s existing portfolio of other single tenant net leased assets,” said Saltmarsh. “The influx of new multifamily housing in the Southside submarket, paired with millions of square feet of high-quality office space and tenants, complements the success of restaurant concepts, such as Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery.”
