November 1st, 2018 · Leave a Comment

In partnership with Visit Jacksonville, the Cummer Museum will be participating in Kids Free November. Along with other leading kid-approved attractions in Jacksonville, the Museum will offer free admission throughout the month of November to children ages 12 and under.

The Cummer Museum holds one of the finest art collections in the Southeast, with more than 5,000 objects in its permanent collection. Newly opened Augusta Savage: Renaissance Woman highlights the Florida native’s nationally and internationally acclaimed artwork. The Museum also features an interactive learning center, excellent for visitors of all ages to explore art in unique ways.

Interactive Family Backpacks are available for use by families with young children and encourage kids to discover art through activities and material created specifically for young visitors. In addition, the newly created Exploring with Kids guide is available at the front desk to empower parents and children to experience the Museum in meaningful ways. Both the backpacks and guide are provided with support from the Chartrand Family Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida.

This offer runs through Nov. 30. Bring up to five children (12 and under) for free per adult paying regular admission. No coupon is necessary. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts/offers or special events and may not be used for schools, organizations, or associations.
