March 11th, 2011 · Leave a Comment

National homebuilder David Weekley Homes announces it has completed two new homes ready for immediate move-in at RiverTown, a residential community located along more than three miles of the St. Johns River. Both homes feature the builder’s all-new floorplan – the Winfrey. The Winfrey, along with two additional new designs by David Weekley Homes, has been specifically created to fit within RiverTown’s architectural guidelines that feature the styles of American Farmhouse, Arts & Crafts, Colonial/Classic Revival, Southern Vernacular and Mediterranean homes.

The one-story Winfrey home at RiverTown features approximately 2,285 square feet of living space with an Arts & Crafts architectural style, which includes an oversized front porch with decorative brick columns, abundant windows and a rear-loading garage. The Winfrey also features a lanai that wraps around the rear of the home and connects to the three-car garage.

In addition to the Winfrey, David Weekley Homes also is offering its new Flagship and Hannagan home designs at RiverTown. All David Weekley homes at RiverTown include the company’s Green Program and Peace of Mind package. More information on these models can be found at www.davidweekleyhomes.com.

Those who decide to make RiverTown their home will enjoy the community’s planned vibrant and diverse mix of uses and a walkable residential community with strong ties to the St. Johns River. RiverTown has been created to reflect great Southern neighborhoods of years past with pedestrian friendly tree-lined streets, connected neighborhoods and planned parks, plazas, river views and recreational amenities.
