Del Webb, the nation’s leading builder of active adult communities for those 55 and older, proudly announces construction has begun on the community’s amenities, eight decorated model homes are open and sales are underway at Del Webb Wildlight, a community rich in resort-style amenities and recreation that is close to everything Northeast Florida has to offer.

“We are thrilled to offer the signature home designs, amenities and lifestyle that Del Webb is known for at Wildlight,” said Tony Nason, Northeast Florida Division President of PulteGroup, Del Webb’s parent company. “We are experiencing tremendous interest among 55+ homebuyers who are seeking an active lifestyle at a vibrant community that’s located near Amelia Island beaches, world-class golf courses, upscale shopping and dining, and more.”

Del Webb Wildlight residents will enjoy an active-adult lifestyle centered around resort-style amenities hosted by a full-time lifestyle director. Del Webb Wildlight’s amenities will be highlighted by a 16,000-square-foot amenity center with an onsite bar and grill, a resort-style and lap pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a dog park and more than 10 miles of walking trails winding through the community, linking the neighborhood to Wildlight’s amenities including nature parks, the YMCA and neighborhood restaurants.

“We are pleased to partner with Del Webb and we look forward to welcoming new residents to Wildlight soon,” said Wes Hinton, Vice President of Wildlight. “Our Florida Lowcountry lifestyle offers a healthy and vibrant environment with proximity to shopping, dining, recreation and medical facilities. Wildlight is an ideal setting for the active amenities and lifestyle offered by Del Webb.”

Del Webb Wildlight offers 16 consumer-inspired floor plans that fit the needs of the 55+ buyer, including the company’s most popular floor plans with new Florida Lowcountry elevations. With an emphasis on livability and comfort, Del Webb Wildlight home designs feature spacious opening living areas with room for entertaining. There are eight decorated model homes open daily and numerous quick move-in homes available at Del Webb Wildlight.
