Join Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida and Downtown Vision for part two of the Downtown In-Depth series with a focus on Downtown Governance. The forum will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at the River City Brewing Company on Jacksonville’s Southbank.

A moderated discussion on downtown’s current governance structure, new recommendations and best practices used in other successful downtowns will be a few of the topics covered. Featured panelists include Ed Burr of Greenpointe Holdings, LLC, Jim Cloar of the International Downtown Association and Ron Barton of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission (JEDC).
