Brian Paul, Lee Arsenault and Victoria Robbins lead the elacora team building homes in Northeast Florida at Madeira in St. Augustine and in The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach.

elacora, a national home building company, has announced that it will build 24 new homes on the last remaining lots at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach.

“We are thrilled to offer these new homes within the prestigious master-planned community of The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “There just aren’t many building lots left in Ponte Vedra Beach especially in established communities.  The initial interest in these new homes has been strong, both from Plantation residents looking to downsize and from the general public who have learned about our plans by word of mouth.”

Interested homebuyers are encouraged to contact elacora at (904) 484-9023 or [email protected] to join the interest list. Additional information may be found at www.elacora.com.  Sales to the general public will begin on Nov. 15.

Four new plans have been designed specifically for The Plantation, all with three-car garages and options for bonus spaces, gathering rooms, office space or media rooms. The new homes are priced from the $600s and are suited for the Florida coastal lifestyle. The open floor plans range in size from 2,600 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet. Each well-appointed home will include innovative and energy-efficient features and offer the quality and value for which elacora is known.

The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is located in Ponte Vedra Beach in St. Johns County. Located off of SR A1A, it boasts an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, a tennis center with seven Har-Tru® tennis courts, and a private beach club that is a 10-minute bike ride from the front gate. A junior Olympic-size swimming pool is featured at the beach club and the 25,000 square-foot Plantation House has several dining options and fitness center.
