There is exciting news to report about RiverTown, a St. Joe Company community located on three miles of the St. Johns River. In recent announcements, general contracting and design firm, Edwards Construction, was awarded the pre-construction management contract for the amenity center at the community.

The amenity center will serve as the heart of RiverTown’s recreational activities and will feature a competition pool and a fun pool for families, one championship tennis court with additional tennis courts and numerous play fields. The community’s social club – The RiverHouse – is planned to include river view terraces, a clubroom, meeting room, outdoor palm court with bar area, kitchen and restrooms. The RiverHouse will be located adjacent to the RiverTown fitness center, which is planned to include individual and group fitness areas, pool access, a social director’s office and a poolside veranda.

In other news, Issa Homes has announced it has completed a home at the community ready for immediate move in. The Churchill home features four bedrooms and a loft area upstairs, a master bedroom with walk-in closets on the main floor, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage. Residents will enjoy the upgraded gourmet kitchen and wood flooring throughout the home. The home is priced at $349,900.
