Five Northeast Florida builders – Dream Finders Homes, Landon Homes, New Leaf Construction, Providence Homes and Thomas May Construction – received Pinnacle Builder awards this morning. The recognition honors Northeast Florida Builders Association builder members who do business with other members.

“A Pinnacle Builder is a NEFBA member with an eye on the future and the drive to make it happen,” said NEFBA President Barbara Moore, who is division president for Lennar Jacksonville. “They understand that the strength of NEFBA lies in its membership.”

To be eligible for the Pinnacle Builder award, a builder member must maintain 90 percent of its active subcontractors are NEFBA members. A Pinnacle Builder also is a member in good standing who attends at least one meeting per quarter and actively recruits two new members per year.

Dream Finders Homes, Landon Homes, New Leaf Construction, Providence Homes and Thomas May Construction will receive permanent recognition on the Pinnacle Builder wall in the NEFBA lobby. They also received a certificate of recognition for display in the company’s offices.
