Flagler announced that Adecco Group North America, part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider, has signed a long-term lease for office space at Deerwood South business park located at 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fla. The 78,292-square-foot lease will commence in the spring of 2011.

Flagler’s Senior Director of Leasing, Gary Cox, represented Flagler in the transaction. Jim Sebesta of Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group, Inc. represented Adecco. Here’s what Flagler’s Executive Vice President of Development Keith Tickell said about the lease in a recent press release:

The building’s location, design and efficiency were driving factors in Adecco choosing this space, and I am confident that Deerwood South will be an ideal location for the company.”

Deerwood South, a two-time TOBY winner for Best Suburban Office Park, features four Class-A buildings offering 521,971 square feet of total office space. The business park is located at the intersection of Southside Boulevard and J. Turner Butler Boulevard with easy access to Interstate 95 and other major roadways, as well as the neighboring St. Johns Town Center. Deerwood South is the location of choice for many businesses, including JP Morgan Chase.
