Flagler has relocated its Jacksonville office from Deerwood South office park to Deerwood North office park located at 4601 Touchton Road East near the St. Johns Town Center. Deerwood North is one of seven business parks owned by Flagler in Northeast Florida and comprises nearly 500,000 square feet of office space. Flagler recently hosted an open house event to showcase the new office space.

As one of Flagler’s largest office parks in Jacksonville, Deerwood North is located in the city’s growing central business corridor. The business park boasts numerous notable tenants including Comcast, Main Street America Group, Fidelity Investments, Carolina Casualty Insurance, IBM Corporation, Chrysler Financial, and Arizona Chemical Company. The park is accessible from Interstate 95, Florida 9A, J. Turner Butler Boulevard, Southside Boulevard and is near St. Johns Town Center and the Tinseltown area.
