“Builders and homeowners at Oakmont are excited about the progress of the community in the last few months,” said David Haas, Chief Development Officer, ICI Homes. “We know the Resident Club will be a welcomed amenity for Oakmont families for years to come as it will be a central gathering place for all to enjoy.”

Surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, the 556-acre community of Oakmont is designed with abundant green space and appeals to those who enjoy an active lifestyle and appreciate the great outdoors. Scheduled for completion in spring 2016, the Oakmont Resident Club will house a state-of-the-art fitness center and grand gathering room, as well as tennis courts, an amphitheater, a basketball court, resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes and a multi-purpose field.
