GreenPointe Developers proudly announces the promotion of Carolina Aristimuño to the position of Human Resources Director. In her new role, she will direct the recruitment of top talent and lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals.

Since joining GreenPointe in 2015 as Human Resources Manager – Payroll Specialist, Aristimuño has continually worked to develop and improve the company’s Human Resources operation. Her responsibilities include managing personnel, recruitment and retention, staff development, compliance and benefits administration. Additionally, she has served as a resource leader and mentor for junior employees and new team members.

Aristimuño came to GreenPointe with more than 10 years of extensive and diverse human resources experience. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her experience extends to international business practices and protocols including managing international clients.

Aristimuño earned her Masters of Business Administration in Management and International Business and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. She is a member of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management.
