GreenPointe Announces Liam O’Reilly Promotion

GreenPointe Developers, LLC proudly announces the promotion of Liam O’Reilly to Regional President.

In his new role, O’Reilly manages the company’s operations in southern St. Johns, Clay, Flagler and Volusia counties. For the past three years as Senior Land Development Manager, O’Reilly has worked with GreenPointe Regional President Mike Taylor in successfully growing North Florida as the company’s largest region.

“We are pleased to recognize Liam’s exceptional leadership skills with this well-deserved promotion,” said GreenPointe Developers President Grady Miars. “Liam has contributed meaningfully to our growth in North Florida, and I trust he will help us achieve great things as we move forward and expand the company’s footprint throughout the region.”

To continue the company’s growth, Taylor will remain GreenPointe Regional President focused on northern St. Johns, Duval, Nassau and Southeast Georgia with O’Reilly leading new developments to the south and west. His day-to-day responsibilities encompass all aspects of community acquisition and development.

An industry leader with more than decade of professional experience, O’Reilly successfully managed land development for a national homebuilder prior to joining GreenPointe. A licensed Professional Engineer, O’Reilly has significant experience in the planning/design of all types of private real estate development including single- and multi-family residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use development.

O’Reilly is actively involved with the JAX Chamber Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship. An alumnus of the 2018 class, O’Reilly is serving a three-year term on the board of directors including as vice chair of the board in 2020. He is a member of Northeast Florida Builders Association and ULI North Florida, where he serves on the Florida Product Council for Community & Housing Development. O’Reilly serves as a volunteer and fundraiser for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children. O’Reilly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
