Trailmark logoTrailMark, a new master-planned community in St. Johns County by GreenPointe Communities, LLC, welcomes Landon Homes as the newest builder in the community.

Landon Homes will offer single-family one- and two-story homes in both traditional neighborhood and conservation area settings. The company’s homes will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 3,791 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s.

“We are very pleased to welcome Landon Homes to our distinctive community,” said GreenPointe Communities Vice President of Land Development Chris Kuhn. “The company has an experienced professional team and is highly regarded for building exceptional quality homes.”

Landon Homes is a locally owned and operated home builder serving North Florida. Co-founders Dennis Ginder and Chester Stokes have more than 60 years of new home construction experience. The company offers uniquely designed and masterfully crafted homes with a diverse portfolio of floor plans and a commitment to quality.

TrailMark, located near World Golf Village in northern St. Johns County, has been designed to inspire discovery, connection and enjoyment of the natural environment. Encompassing approximately 1,300 acres, the TrailMark neighborhood has been carefully planned around the landscape’s natural features. With impressive oak tree hammocks, winding nature trails and dotted with lakes, TrailMark’s architectural design will capture the Old Florida style and celebrate its authentic North Florida location and history.

Construction is set to begin on the amenities and Welcome Center in Fall 2015 with a planned opening in Summer 2016. The first phase will include the beginning of an expansive trail system, a recreational amenity that will connect residents to their community, and the amenity center, which will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, a free-form resort-style pool with beach entry and play fields. Phase one plans also call for the Camp House, a lakeside pavilion designed as an iconic structure located along a large central lake, offering residents an outdoor gathering place in the heart of the community. The amenity center and Camp House are planned as destinations within the community, offering gateways to neighborhood gatherings and friendships.

Future plans include a kayak launch along scenic Six Mile Creek. TrailMark is located within the top-rated St. Johns County School District. The community’s proximity to Interstate 95, Jacksonville and St. Augustine will offer residents quick access to entertainment, shopping, dining, employment centers and more.
