This year’s first entry for the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association (NEFBA) 2011 Parade of Homes came from GreenPointe Homes for its model, The Clover, located in North Jacksonville’s Cedar Bay community. The 2011 Parade of Homes, which has showcased new homes in Northeast Florida every spring since 1954, will include homes from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine. Each year Parade participants tour homes and neighborhoods built by the area’s finest builders and developers. During the 2011 Parade of Homes tour, prospective home buyers will have the opportunity to compare the location and amenities available through the area’s top builders. Parade of Homes visitors will also be eligible to enter and win $15,000 in prizes at the parade models.
