This year’s first entry for the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association (NEFBA) 2011 Parade of Homes came from GreenPointe Homes for its model, The Clover, located in North Jacksonville’s Cedar Bay community. GreenPointe Homes is Jacksonville’s newest homebuilder and recently hosted a grand opening event at the all-new Cedar Bay community, a single-family home neighborhood located along the Broward River.

The Clover, which features 2,362 square feet of comfortable open living space, is priced from $194,990. The model showcases four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a study, a two-car garage and a special flexible loft space that can be used as a fifth bedroom, children’s playroom, study center or entertainment room. Available in three unique elevations, The Clover’s open design allows for entertaining with its free-flowing living area, dining room and kitchen spaces.

The 2011 Parade of Homes, which has showcased new homes in Northeast Florida every spring since 1954, will include homes from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine. Each year Parade participants tour homes and neighborhoods built by the area’s finest builders and developers. During the 2011 Parade of Homes tour, prospective home buyers will have the opportunity to compare the location and amenities available through the area’s top builders. Parade of Homes visitors will also be eligible to enter and win $15,000 in prizes at the parade models.
