GreenPointe Homes, Jacksonville’s newest homebuilder, recently hosted a grand opening event at the all-new community of Cedar Bay, a single-family home neighborhood located in North Jacksonville along the Broward River. The grand opening event was held in conjunction with national homebuilder Mattamy Homes and took place at the builders’ newly constructed and designer-decorated model homes. The event attracted an abundance of interested homebuyers who enjoyed refreshments and the opportunity to enter a drawing for an iPad, which was given away to The Zimmer family at the event.

Guests at the event toured GreenPointe’s new model home, The Clover, which features 2,362 square feet of comfortable open living space and is priced at $194,990. The model showcases four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a study, a two-car garage and a special flexible loft space that can be used as a fifth bedroom, children’s playroom, study center or entertainment room.

GreenPointe Homes is offering several floor plans at Cedar Bay, each of which features three unique architectural elevations, with prices from the $160,000s to the low-$200,000s.
