Grubb & Ellis|Phoenix Realty Group brokers Aaron Zarle, Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson recently negotiated a lease on behalf of Dalfen America Corp., landlord, for a 240,000-square-foot distribution center at 10089 North Main St., located in Imeson International Industrial Park, on Jacksonville’s Northside. The tenant, Samsonite, intends to use the space for storage and distribution.

In September 2012, Grubb & Ellis|Phoenix Realty Group represented W. P. Carey & Co. LLC in the sale of the property to Dalfen, and was then hired to lease the property for the new owner.

“After the purchase, Dalfen invested heavily in the property in a rebranding effort in order to attract a high quality tenant, which we were able to accomplish,” said Zarle.

“Dalfen purchased the property with the intention of leasing it and we are pleased they have found a suitable tenant to use the space,” said Bartlett. “Samsonite, which currently has distribution space in Imeson Park, needed additional space for certain product lines and this building was a perfect fit in both size and location.”
