Come get a healthy start on the New Year by attending TrailMark’s Health and Wellness Fair. Free and fun for everyone, the event is Saturday, Jan. 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the nature-first community of TrailMark in St. Johns County, located just 20 minutes south of Jacksonville.

“We want everyone to come out and make 2019 your healthiest year yet,” said GreenPointe Communities Marketing Director Gaynelle James. “This event will be full of fun for the entire family and all are welcome to attend.”

TrailMark’s Health and Wellness Fair will feature health screenings, fitness demonstrations, chair massages and a blood drive. There will be food trucks, a farmer’s market and a kid’s run and games. Representatives from local businesses will be on hand to share healthy lifestyle information.

Onsite attendees include Florida Health Care Plans, Yoga Den – WGV, Hot Spot Yoga, Superfit Foods, Flagler Nutrition, Wrap it Up, St. John’s Emergency Services, Big Red Bus, Big Island Bowls, Crystal Villarreal Massage, JTF Racing, YMCA, Murabella Animal Hospital and Anytime Fitness.
