Homes by Deltona has opened a new sales office at its Grand Ravine community located near St. Augustine Shores.

“We recently released two new buildings at Grand Ravine where we are seeing tremendous interest in our community, particularly with our new single-story flats,” said Homes by Deltona Vice President Joanne Stoval. “Both our flats and townhome style condominium homes include luxurious appointments and energy efficient features, and complement the lifestyle we offer at Grand Ravine.”

Priced from the $180,000s to the mid-$200,000s, the community’s single-level floor plans offer a minimum of 1,580 square feet and up to 2,148 square feet of living space. There are six floor plans available designed with either three bedrooms or two bedrooms with a den. All residences include an attached one-car garage and a spacious, covered lanai with either lake or preserve views.

Grand Ravine’s townhome-style floor plans are priced from the $190,000s to the low-$200,000s and offer a minimum of 1,790 square feet with a one-car attached garage. There is also a 1,880-square-foot corner unit with an attached two-car garage.

All residences are designed with quality construction and energy-efficient features including concrete tile roofs, Low E windows and natural gas tankless water heaters. Every home includes stainless steel kitchen appliances plus a washer and dryer. Buyers have the opportunity to schedule an appointment at the community’s Design Center to select the cabinets, countertops and flooring for their new home.

The community’s new sales office is located in one of the newly released buildings where visitors can tour the furnished Carla model, which offers 1,790 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and a large loft space. The Carla has two master suites – one downstairs and one upstairs with a balcony – and an attached one-car garage.
