Hurricane Irma: Resources for Business Recovery

September 15th, 2017 · Leave a Comment

Many Northeast Florida residents suffered significant damage to their homes and businesses during Hurricane Irma.

The business community is coming together to recover and rebuild. The JAX Chamber staff has been in contact with local and state officials, as well as Chambers across the region and state, to help connect residents to every resource possible to get their businesses back up and running:

• The state has Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program for interest-free loans of up to $25,000. Learn more about the program here.

• The Florida Virtual Business Emergency Operations Center has links to complete damage assessments and apply for emergency loans. Read more and apply here.

• Businesses in Clay and Duval counties are eligible for Small Business Administration Disaster Loans. Click this link for more details.

The JAX Chamber will provide further updates as more resources become available.
