The inaugural Beaches Tour of Homes features some of the most inspiring homes in Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach. The homes include a 1930s cedar-shake beach house, a 64,000-square-foot Energy Star rated home and one of area’s original residences on Selva Marina Drive.

The event on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., supports the Beaches Town Center Agency. The tour is self-guided, although volunteers will be on site, as well as a few homeowners, to answer questions about the homes’ history and design.
