Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex offering money-saving discount to nonprofit groups

April 28th, 2010 · Leave a Comment

We have great money-saving news that is certain to be of interest to many, especially those in the nonprofit sector.

Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex is offering a special discount of up to 15 percent to nonprofit organizations that book an event at its unique facility. The discount is available through the end of the year and is also available to meeting and event planners working with nonprofit organizations.

Although it is well known as the home of Northeast Florida’s only ice arena, Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex has meeting spaces with individual breakout rooms and cool recreational areas that are available for groups to rent.

There’s an indoor space with a turf surface and courts for basketball, volleyball and dodge ball. You can reserve balls, scorekeepers and referees for a nominal fee. It’s a great setting for a “company picnic” or team building event.

The facility can accommodate any sized group and offers customizable event packages. Organizations can rent a limited area or the entire facility depending on their needs. Best of all, they can select their own vendors and caterers to use during the event.

The cost for a four-hour event is priced starting at $500. So, what are you waiting for? Start planning your event today by calling (904) 399-3223 or visit www.jaxiceandsportsplex.com.
