The Palazzo Offers Stunning Patio Views

Claire Melvin was born and raised in Jacksonville. Her career took her to Washington D.C., and when she was planning to move back to her home city, she thought she knew exactly where she wanted to live.

“I looked all around the areas of the city that I thought I wanted to be in – San Marco, the beaches and other locations – and I just was not happy with the options. I was beginning to think that nothing suited what I was looking for,” said Melvin. “I toured The Palazzo and knew immediately that it was the right fit.”

Melvin purchased a condominium in The Palazzo in 2014, and she has been pleased with her decision. From the quality of the construction to the convenience of living within walking distance of shops and restaurants to the stunning views from her patio, Melvin has numerous reasons why she loves her community.

“The buying process was easy, and the team at The Palazzo was responsive and willing to work with me on upgrades, such as a particular granite countertop, to make my condominium exactly how I wanted,” said Melvin. “My favorite part of living here is looking out the windows at the water and watching wildlife and the activity at the boat ramp. It is a very calming place to live.”

Melvin adores her fellow residents and appreciates the close relationships she has forged with neighbors. On a recent night when the power was out, she had neighbors come check on her just to make sure she was okay.

“I was one of the first buyers here, and it has been wonderful watching more people move in and the activity level rise,” said Melvin. “It is fun to go to the pool and see other residents. I would love to see more people of all ages discover The Palazzo –  all it takes is for people to step inside and see how visually beautiful this community really is.”
