There’s great news for fans of the Jacksonville Symphony Guild’s Designer Showhouse. Today, members of the Guild held a press conference to announce the 2010 Showhouse will be presented by Toll Brothers at its beautiful community of Coastal Oaks at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra.

“Coastal Oaks at Nocatee is an outstanding setting for this celebrated Northeast Florida tradition,” said Toll Brothers North Florida Division Vice President Jim McDade, one of the featured speakers at the press conference. “We are honored to be the exclusive builder of the 2010 Designer Showhouse and we look forward to welcoming thousands to this spectacular event at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee.”

The Toll Brothers home will be accentuated with many special features including a dramatic two-story foyer with dual curved staircase. It will include a large gourmet kitchen with center-island and breakfast bar, an amazing master suite with luxurious master bath and will be priced at more than $1 million.
