The Jax Beach Golf Club will celebrate the opening of its new course on Friday, Nov. 9.

The event will include a 9-hole shotgun, food and beverages, and ribbon cutting ceremony.

The 9-hole shotgun start will begin at 2 p.m., followed by food and refreshments at 4:30 p.m., and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Jacksonville Beach Mayor Charlie Latham at 5:30 p.m.

The Jax Beach Golf Club is reopening after a 10-month, $2 million renovation, including course and clubhouse improvements. Golfers will enjoy paspalum grass on all greens, driving range improvements, a refreshed clubhouse and restaurant with new outdoor seating area.
