Jewish Family & Community Services (JFCS), a full-service social service agency serving both the Jewish and non-Jewish communities, recently received national reaccreditation through the Council on Accreditation (COA), an independent, non-profit child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. JFCS received 100 percent compliance with fundamental practice standards, a remarkable achievement, which expedited the stringent accreditation process.

The value and credibility of COA accreditation is formally recognized in 44 states, the District of Columbia and British Columbia.
