February 23rd, 2010 · Leave a Comment

If you’re ready to make the move to historic St. Augustine, Laterra Links in King and Bear at World Golf Village is ready to help with new ownership and a new sales team.

Laterra Links

According to a press release, the Mediterranean-inspired community recently underwent several changes including a new developer and sales team. Homes by Deltona, a luxury Florida developer and homebuilder and division of Deltona Corp., purchased Laterra Links in 2009 and has hired a new executive sales team to manage the community and its popular coach homes.

Laterra Links’ new executive sales team includes Vice President Pamela Anastasia, Margaret Ducharme as executive assistant, and Sharon Lee as the new broker. John Palmer and Lydia Keohane will serve as sales associates at Laterra Links. Jason Bishop of Austin Outdoor is leading the landscape design and maintenance at the community. Future new construction will be led by Legacy Builders of North Florida, Inc., a Jacksonville-based general contractor founded by John Unkefer in 1997 and a preferred builder at King and Bear at World Golf Village. Overseeing the construction by Legacy Builders of North Florida, Inc. is project manager Rob White and Pam Mangan.

Laterra Links Clubhouse

Laterra Links is the premier coach home community within World Golf Village in St. Augustine. Priced from the $400,000s, each luxurious coach home features a spectacular water or golf view of The King & Bear golf course designed by golf greats, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Laterra Links’ residents also enjoy a 7,000 square-foot private amenity center and pool.

More information about the community is online at www.laterralinks.com. Check out the community today and say hi to the new sales team!
