Livingston Joins CareerSource Northeast Florida as Executive Vice President

Rebecca Livingston has joined CareerSource Northeast Florida (CSNEFL) as Executive Vice President. Livingston has more than 17 years of experience in workforce development and federal contracting.

Livingston most recently served as the Director of Federal Workforce Solutions for Maher & Maher – a national workforce consulting firm providing change management, workforce and talent development, and leading-edge training solutions. In this position, Livingston grew a successful federal consulting practice and provided strategic direction of national projects focused on transforming workforce and education systems.

Prior to joining Maher & Maher, Livingston worked directly with the workforce development system as an employee of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. During her tenure, she played key roles on several projects focused on meeting the workforce needs of high-growth industries, such as the Advanced Manufacturing High Growth Job Training Initiative and the National Business Learning Project, using a peer-to-peer learning approach among workforce areas to become regional catalysts for economic development.

Livingston received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law.  She currently resides in Atlantic Beach, Florida.
