Madeira at St. Augustine Creates Residents’ Club for Active Florida Lifestyle

Madeira, a master-planned community within the city limits of St. Augustine, has begun construction of its Residents’ Club. Featuring a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and an expansive outdoor gathering area, the Residents’ Club will open in Spring 2015.

“We are excited about the plans for the Residents’ Club,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “It has been designed for the Florida homebuyer. The large pool, surrounding deck and adjacent party plaza with a firepit will delight the residents of Madeira.”

The Club’s design complements home styles in the community. A highlight of the design is the barrel tile roof with windows in the rooftop cupola to provide a steady stream of natural Florida sunlight. The Club’s interior social room and the nearby covered pavilion will invite many neighborhood gatherings.

Homes at Madeira reflect the surrounding Florida coastal geography.  A brand new designer-decorated model home is now open, available for tours and move-in ready. Ten additional homes are currently under construction and will be available for move-in this year. Built by elacora, the homes range from 1,767 to 2,484 square feet and offer six open floor plans with many flex options.  Three distinct elevation styles (Mediterranean, Tuscan and Spanish), all featuring tile roofs, are priced from the mid $200s. The community is sited on more than 1,000 acres of green space and preserved natural areas.

“We expect record sales for these homes which come complete with solar panels. Lawn maintenance and security system monitoring are also provided for 12 months after closing.  And to kick off our sales effort at Madeira, we are offering a choice of buyer incentives.  Buyers may choose from three options:  Seller paid closing costs, $5,000 prepayment of CDD fees or a $5,000 Design Center allowance,” said Robbins.

Opportunities for new and innovative homes in this price range and location are limited. The Madeira community is conveniently located on U.S. 1 in northern St. Augustine. The sales office is open daily 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.  To schedule an appointment to tour the community’s models, call (904) 484-9024 or visit www.elacora.com.
