May 13th, 2015 · Leave a Comment

The golf world was focused on Northeast Florida this past weekend to watch THE PLAYERS Championship. Viewers and attendees also noted the many local opportunities to enjoy the sport as spectators and players.

Due to its unique location, Madeira at St. Augustine offers homeowners and golf enthusiasts the best of all worlds.

“We are located at the northern boundary of St. Augustine in St. Johns County in close proximity to many golf courses, including the famed Players Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass and the World Golf Village courses,” explained Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida.

The Madeira at St. Augustine community includes several move-in ready homes and include solar panels to harness energy from the Florida sun.

Madeira is perfectly situated close to historic St. Augustine and near metropolitan Jacksonville. The area boasts more than 80 golf courses, including many near Madeira such as the Golf Club at South Hampton, King & Bear Golf Course and Slammer & Squire Golf Course at World Golf Village, Royal St. Augustine Golf & Country Club and the renowned golf courses in nearby Ponte Vedra Beach.

In addition to the desirable location, Madeira’s homes built by elacora feature multiple innovative home designs with low maintenance features.

“Our homes have three distinct elevation styles, all feature tile roofs and are priced from the mid $200s,” said Robbins.  “We have several move-in ready homes available which range from 1,767 square feet to 2,962 square feet and offer Madeira’s unique floor plans, quality construction and energy efficiency features not typically found in new homes. elacora is proud to be the only homebuilder in Northeast Florida to include solar panels in all new homes at Madeira.”

The Residents Club is the signature amenity in the master-planned community. A clubhouse, fitness center and expansive outdoor gathering area, next to the large pool, offers seating for groups to encourage gatherings and an adjacent firepit provides a focus for the community.
