Homes in Madeira at St. Augustine feature tile roof and solar panels to harness the sun’s energy.

“New home buyers are excited about Madeira,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “Our homes have three distinct elevation styles, all feature tile roofs and are priced from the mid $200s. We have several move-in ready homes available which range from 1,767 square feet to 2,962 square feet and offer Madeira’s unique floor plans, quality construction and energy efficiency features not typically found in new homes.

“We are proud to be the only homebuilder in Northeast Florida to include solar panels in all of our new homes at Madeira,” said Robbins. “The panels harness Florida’s abundant sunshine to reduce electric bills. In addition, homeowners are eligible for a federal tax credit in the year of purchase.”

The Residents Club is the signature amenity in the master-planned community, located within the city limits of St. Augustine, and features a clubhouse with fitness center, a large pool, surrounding deck and adjacent party plaza. The Clubhouse’s design complements home styles and the barrel tile roof with windows in the rooftop cupola provides a steady stream of Florida sunlight. The interior social room and the nearby covered pavilion will invite many neighborhood gatherings.

Adjacent to the resort-style pool, the large covered patio offers seating for groups to encourage gatherings and a firepit will provide a focus for the community.

elacora, a national homebuilder, launched sales of single-family homes in the Madeira community in 2014. Several designer-decorated model homes are available for tours and Barbara Ondo recently won a Laurel Award from the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council for Best Interior Design for her work at the Capri model at Madeira. The model is featured in the NEFBA Parade of Homes.

Lawn maintenance and security system monitoring are provided for 12 months after closing. Madeira is also offering a choice of buyer incentives: Seller paid closing costs, $8,000 prepayment of CDD fees or a $8,000 Design Center allowance. Homes in Madeira at St. Augustine feature multiple plans with flexible options such as second floors, bonus rooms and sunrooms.

The community is conveniently located on U.S. 1 in northern St. Augustine on more than 1,000 acres of green space in a lush natural environment.
