Mattamy Homes Wins St. Johns County Parade of Homes – Model Homes Honored in RiverTown, Beacon Lake and The Reserve at Greenbriar

Mattamy Homes was honored in the Northeast Florida Builder Association’s St. Johns Builder Council Parade of Homes with four awards including the coveted Showcase Home for its Iris model home at RiverTown, The First Coast’s New Hometown™.

The St. Johns County Parade of Homes recognizes the best in newly built homes throughout St. Johns County. In addition to the showcase home, Mattamy Homes was honored with the following awards:

  • Gold for the Beauclair model at RiverTown ($451,000-$475,000 category)
  • Gold for the Cannon II model at Beacon Lake ($551,000-$600,000)
  • Silver for the Oren model at The Reserve at Greenbriar ($501,000-$525,000)
