Zumper has just released its latest national rent report that covers 100 cities nationwide, with data aggregated from over one million active listings, and includes a National Rent Index for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Highlights:
-Last month brought some relief as the country had the smallest number of cities with double-digit, year over year rent growth in the past 12 months.
-Jacksonville ranked as the 58th most expensive city to rent last month.
-The price of one-bedroom units in Jacksonville fell 5 percent to $950, while two-bedroom units remained flat at $1,080.
