Monique Burr Foundation for Children’s JINGLEBELLS ProAm Golf Tournament Raises $154,000 for Child Abuse Prevention and Education

World-renowned golf players and local teams recently came together to raise $154,000 at the 15th Annual Monique Burr Foundation for Children, Inc.’s Jinglebells ProAm Golf Tournament. Presented by AT&T and Your Jacksonville Area Lexus Dealers at the Palencia Club, the premier charity golf tournament featured 18 golf pros alongside 67 Northeast Florida golfers.

Nearly 75 people attended the closing ceremony where awards were presented to the tournament winners. The tournament winners were:

  • 1st place gross: Team Pepsi – David Biscan, Bob Tilka, Curtis Dvorak and Justin Kuehn with golf pro Frank Lickliter
  • 2nd place gross: Team CBS47 FOX30 Action News – Mike Barz, Brent Martineau, TJ King and Jeff King with golf pro Mark Lye
  • 3rd place gross: Team PGA Tour – Donnie Smith, Marty LaPrade, Steve Settles and Jeff Nelson with golf pro Bubba Dickerson
  • 1st place net: Sysco Foods – Mike Wentworth, Bruno Courtier, Mike Volen and Rick Rawald with golf pro Billy Kratzert
  • 2nd place net: Team Friends of the Foundation – Ted Thranhardt, Scott Kishtom, Anthony Munoz and Roger Postlethewaite with golf pro Fred Funk
  • 3rd place net: Team AT&T – Daniel Gilham,  Joe York, KC Mabry and Matthew Kampfe with golf pro Mike Hulbert

Since the Jinglebells ProAm Golf Tournament began more than 10 years ago, it has raised nearly $2.5 million for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children.
